Info: Body, mid and meditation in Tantric Buddhism – this exhibition showcases over 120 beautiful objects stretching the breadth of this ancient tradition, including tantric ritual implements, to statues and scrolls. Exploring the modern understanding of ancient practices through investigating yoga, meditation and mindfulness, this in depth exhibit offers an insight into these classical practices and their relevance today. With free workshops and symposiums running throughout the course of the show there is something to tantalise every taste at the welcome this winter.
