The Baltimore Choral Arts Society, now in its 54^th season, is one of Maryland’s premiere cultural institutions. The Symphonic Chorus, Chorus and Chamber Singers perform regionally in self-produced concerts and alongside respected orchestras. This is Choral Arts’ first international tour in 13 years and includes a prestigious performance with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra for its 100^th anniversary. Choral Arts serves youth in and around Baltimore through several thoughtful and impactful music education programmes. These programmes include CoroLAB, a collaborative training programme with high-school choirs; Vocal Fellows, an expanded professional development programme for early-career singers; Student Composer Project, a competition for high-school and college composers; and the annual Christmas for Kids concert.
