The Symphonic Chorus, Chorus and Chamber Singers perform regionally in self-produced concerts and alongside respected orchestras. This is Choral Arts’ first international tour in 13 years and includes a prestigious performance with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra for its 100th anniversary. Choral Arts serves youth in and around Baltimore through several thoughtful and impactful music education programmes. These programmes include CoroLAB, a collaborative training programme with high-school choirs; Vocal Fellows, an expanded professional development programme for early-career singers; Student Composer Project, a competition for high-school and college composers; and the annual Christmas for Kids concert.
